Hit Me Hard and Soft is Billie Eilish’s third studio album, released in 2024 through Darkroom and Interscope Records. It was written by Eilish and her brother and longtime collaborator, Finneas, who also produced the project.
The album is a cohesive, full-length body of work blending alternative pop with soft rock, electronic, and orchestral elements. Its songs explore themes such as vulnerability, relationships, desire, and self-reflection, often shifting between intimate and intense moments.
It is not just an album — Eilish also launched the Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour, a global arena tour in support of the release.
